He is loud and funny and i love him to bits and he spurs me on to goal.Is funny cos he met me towards the end of my weight loss journey and he is always saying how good i look and how much i have changed since meeting me only a few mths ago. He is a real help and is so encouraging. Every girl should have someone like Howie !
