been poorly and been a bit down in the dumps generally cos was Mothers day last weekend and it always affects me .
had a falling out with my mate Ellie but i think we are getting on again. i am a silly sammy and i will never change but as i said before my heart is in the right place and i would not harm a fly!
The new hammie Bert has settled in nicely and thinking seriously of getting another furbaby - well u can't have bert without ernie now !
the ww message boards which once were a place of support have gone a bit nasty - not to me but just a nasty undercurrent on them and not sure what is up with folk.
life is too darn short and i tire of all the back biting that goes on in our general day to day life.
i am maintaining my weight now and am consistently ten stone 1 lb which is below my goal weight but still puts me at healthy bmi of 21 so that is ok.
this blog is quite random but then so am i ! lol
