am at Nandos - eating out - and wearing stripes !! Food was yum and i did not go mad. Shared my veggie burger with Howie and an icecream with him. Had a corn on the cob and share my garlic bread. Had a sneaky peeky when i got back and appear to have lost a lb since las weigh in . Wahay!!
