Am the lightest i have been for some time and life seems to get better and better. Losing the weight has certainly made a differnce however i am still finding it difficult to come to terms with the fact that I am not that big girl i used to be. Even now i catch myself in the mirror and think - who the hell is that ?!!
am now 11stone 5lbs so only five off from target.
